Each opportunity is thoroughly researched, underwritten and supported by comprehensive analysis with an emphasis on understanding the upside and downside risk profile of each opportunity.

Primary target markets include all major metropolitan cities throughout North America; however, any opportunity that offers underlying value will be considered wherever it may be. Development and existing building product-type preferences include multi-family, office, retail, industrial and hospitality.

General investment parameters

  • Core locations in major metropolitan markets
  • Preference for value-add opportunities either through increased occupancy/lease-up, improved management and repositioning, redevelopment or distressed situations
  • Assets priced below replacement cost

Preferred size range

  • Investment properties – $10,000,000 to $500,000,000
  • Development sites – generally projects greater than 100,000 square feet

  • Location map
  • Full year’s and year-to-date actual operating statements (if an income asset)
  • Market information including comparable sale and lease metrics
  • Current rent roll
  • Current and potential zoning (particularly for development opportunities)
  • Existing financing details
  • Survey
  • Aerial if available
