Our Commercial division includes office, industrial and retail. This sector has always been a vital component to Onni, providing a stable backbone the fundamentals of our business.

OFFICE: Onni’s current office portfolio consists of approximately 400,000 square feet of leasable space in Vancouver British Columbia, Edmonton Alberta and Toronto Ontario.

INDUSTRIAL: Since inception, Onni has been engaged in the industrial real estate sector. Currently, we own and manage approximately 1.5 million square feet of industrial space across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia; all of which the company built. Our industrial parks consist mostly of small-bay type tenants indicating our willingness to be involved in management intensive projects.

RETAIL: To date, the company has built approximately 700,000 square feet of retail space all of which are owned and managed by Onni.
